It’s nighttime. The hoomins are falling asleep. The TV is on in the bedroom, late night shows with silly people talking, commercials for cerebral palsy lawyers and ways to get rich. Hoomins sure are strange.
This is when Sabby and I play horsecats. We chase each other around the house, and it’s more fun when we run across the hoomins on the bed. Mommy calls this “horsecats” because when she’s downstairs and hears us running around, she says it sounds like horses running around.
It’s really the hoomins’ own fault. Maybe if they put something better on TV, such as one of those PBS nature shows, preferably one with birds and/or fish, we’d just sit quietly and watch it, and not play horsecats.
Of course, when it’s daytime and the hoomins wake up, that’s when I sleep. I get tired from playing horsecats all night!
